Hi, my name is Mandy and I’m a chocoholic! Specifically, dark chocolate. I’m partial to dark chocolate covered almonds, dark chocolate with hazelnuts, dark chocolate with salt (OMG), dark chocolate with coconut (orgazzzmic), and any other form of protein related dark chocolate morsel.

My fellow vampire fantasy authors Beverley Lee, The Making of Gabriel Davenport, and James Fahy, Hell’s Teeth, have both become my dark chocolate dealers from across the Atlantic. Beverley introduced me to dark chocolate with lime morsels…the entire block was gone in one afternoon of writing! James sent me three blocks of ‘Hotel’ chocolate: the coconut block was devoured first, followed by the salted block and I still have a little bit of the habanero chilli flavored block in the drawer of my desk. I’m savoring the last of the spicy block for when I’m editing a particularly dark chapter…which, I believe is coming up soon!
